How fast will I receive the preview?
Complete requests are normally delivered within two business days. A request is complete when the submitted and public information is enough to understand the core services and service area. Missing details, unusual complexity and current volume can affect timing; if more time is needed, we will tell you rather than rush the work.
What happens before I receive the preview?
We review your public presence, services, service area and customer language; plan the page around a clear customer action; prepare the initial copy and visual direction; check the mobile layout, contact paths and local-search structure; then package the preview for delivery.
Is the preview my finished website?
No. The free offer is one personalized, non-production preview so you can inspect the direction before paying. Once you approve it and choose a paid plan, we refine the wording, photos, links and details with you until the website is ready to launch.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You always own your domain, business content, branding and customer data. The Managed Website plan is delivered as an ongoing managed service. The Own Your Website plan also includes the complete source files for you to host and manage.
Can I request changes after I see the preview?
Yes. The free preview establishes the initial direction. Two consolidated revision rounds begin after you choose a paid plan. Managed clients also receive two small content-update requests per month, normally up to 30 minutes each.
Who will I work with?
Seaway Sites is an independent service operated by Mehdi Bakkali Maassom. You have a direct, named point of contact for the preview, paid build and ongoing support instead of an anonymous agency handoff.
What if I don't like the preview?
Walk away. There is no invoice and no mandatory sales call. We may send one brief follow-up asking what missed the mark, but you do not owe us a reply or payment.
Do you handle the domain and business email?
We can connect an existing domain or help configure a new one as part of a paid package. Business-email setup can be added on request, with any third-party subscription cost shown clearly before work begins.
How do you handle business information?
We collect the details needed to prepare and deliver your preview. Current handling, retention and service-provider information is described in the privacy policy, and optional measurement follows your privacy choices.
