This website and the Seaway Sites service are operated by Mehdi Bakkali Maassom, an individual operating under the name Seaway Sites. Contact details appear below.

Seaway Sites serves Canadian businesses, but does not claim that every service provider or every copy of submitted information is located exclusively in Canada. Provider infrastructure and processing locations can change.

When you request a website preview, we receive the information you submit:

• Your business name
• Your city or service area
• Your email address
• An optional current website URL
• An optional message about your business or desired direction

We may also review business information that is already publicly available, such as a public business listing, service area, website, social profile or customer review, to personalize the requested preview.

For security, attribution and delivery we also receive limited technical information, such as an approximate request time, IP-derived rate-limit key, landing page, referring page and campaign parameters. The rate-limit key is irreversibly derived with a secret and is not stored as a plain IP address.

We use submitted and relevant public business information to:

• Evaluate and prepare the requested website preview
• Deliver the preview and respond to questions
• Provide paid website, hosting or support services when requested
• Prevent duplicate or abusive requests, maintain security and troubleshoot problems
• Measure website performance or advertising only when you have consented

We do not use submitted contact information for unrelated mass marketing. The preview request currently includes no mandatory sales call and no more than one routine follow-up unless you continue the conversation.

Seaway Sites relies on third-party providers for functions such as website hosting, database storage, form delivery, email, analytics, advertising measurement and operational tooling. Current providers can include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google Analytics and Meta. A provider receives information only when needed for its function; optional analytics and advertising providers remain off until consent is given.

We aim to share only the information needed for each provider to perform its function and to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Preview-request and prospective-client records are normally retained for up to 24 months so Seaway Sites can deliver the request, prevent duplicates, understand the relationship and keep necessary business records. They may be removed earlier on a valid request, or kept longer when required for an active client relationship, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling or security.

Consent choices remain in your browser until you change them, clear browser storage or the consent format is replaced. Shorter-lived operational logs and rate-limit records are retained only as reasonably needed for reliability and abuse prevention.

You may withdraw optional consent at any time using the “Privacy choices” control. You may also ask us to provide, correct or delete information associated with your request, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security or operational reasons. Email mehdi@seawaysites.com with enough detail for us to identify the request.

Essential browser storage supports security and interface preferences. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel do not load unless you opt in to their respective categories. Declining them does not prevent you from using the website or form.

If you opt in to advertising, the website may load the Meta Pixel and send a matching server-side conversion event when an accepted preview request is submitted. That event can include a securely hashed email address and Meta click/browser identifiers for measuring the campaign. If you opt in to analytics, Google Analytics may receive page and interaction information. Revoking advertising consent removes accessible Meta cookies and stops future optional events from this website; it cannot retrieve events already sent with your prior consent.

Seaway Sites does not sell submitted contact information. It is not used for unrelated mass marketing. Material changes to these practices will be reflected in this policy.
